Baseline Auditing/Gap Analysis
This readiness check and compliance assessment consists of an on-site review of your laboratory. It will provide an unbiased audit for Accreditation (OLA) or ISO 15189 certification purposes, conducted by knowledgeable and experienced laboratory professionals. You will receive a detailed report outlining your laboratory's current status, needs for compliance and estimated resources required to achieve compliance.

Compliance Planning
Working with your Quality Management Team we will prepare a detailed plan of action to ensure compliance with OLA or ISO 15189.

Process Mapping
Working on-site with your staff we will produce process maps to be used as the basis for policy and procedure development.

Document Development
Consultants facilitate the development of supporting documents for your Quality System, policies, processes and procedures.

Quality System Maintenance
Facilitation of Management Review sessions, Process Improvement sessions, Post Accreditation Corrective Action Planning.

QSE Consulting brings comprehensive experience in regulation and professional standards. Today’s facilities have to meet defined quality standards required by provincial and federal governments. With knowledge of existing regulations we can advise on expected standards of operation.
